The implementation of special digital marking of the Center for the safety of pharmaceutical products the department consists of 5 employees and the following are the main tasks of the Department:

To enterprises engaged in retail or wholesale sales of products subject to mandatory digital marking from September 1, 2024: ”Asl belgisi" - to ensure that marking and tracking of products is connected to the National Information System, making a note of the full use of marking reading devices.

In accordance with the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 2, 2022 No. 149 “on the implementation of the mandatory digital marking system of medicines and medical items:

Step — by-step implementation of the mandatory digital marking system during the period 2022-2025, in combination with authorized agencies through identification tools, dividing drugs and medical items into groups.

Also: Implementation of interaction with relevant public administration bodies and other organizations.

Timely provision of the execution of Appeals of individuals and legal entities arriving at the department, as well as systematic control over their implementation.

Results of the division achieved today: All enterprises producing medicines in the Republic are connected to a digital marking system, medicines are produced branded.

90 percentages of wholesale and retail organizations “Asl belgisi”- marking and tracking of products are connected to the National Information System and carry out the tasks set out by the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 149 of April 2, 2022 “on the implementation of the mandatory digital marking system of medicines and medical products”.

6 enterprises producing medical items voluntarily connect to the “Asl belgisi”- the National Information System for marking and tracking products, and are currently preparing to participate in a pilot project.

Digital marking of medical items (TIF TN code 3005, 3006) Designated as mandatory from the date in 2025 of 1 February.
